Hello! We’re back again, just like every week with another Muay Thai Gym. “Eminent Air Thai Boxing Gym” is the name of this gym. It was founded in 1997 by Mr. Somboon Niruttimetee or “Attorney Toy”, a Thai boxing promoter at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Thailand.
Thai Boxing Eminent Air Gym is one of the principal Thai boxing gyms in Thailand. Classes are now opened for foreigners and whoever interested in learning Muay Thai. There are 6 professional trainers here who are highly experienced for Thai Boxing and teaching Muay Thai classes abroad. Every course is privately watched by the masters.
Just like almost every gym, here also provides accommodation. Additionally the gym is right in the city but surrounded by green. This school offer both long term program and daily program. So those are the choices for you to pick.
Training schedule here doesn’t seem so hard. From what I see, the day starts at 6.30 am with warm up and ends at 6 pm. And the price is not that expensive comparing to those well-known gyms. One day course is only 500 baht. That’s the cheapest I guess I’ve seen so far for one day training.
For more info, you can log on to its website, where you can find out more interesting stuff about this gym, such as galleries, training schedule, trainers and boxers, VDO clips, etc. So right now you can give it a quick look at www.eminentgym.com

And for contact information, you can find it also in the site or you can contact Mr. Somboon (The Owner of Eminent Air Boxing Gym) directly Tel. +66-81-802-6332.
If you regularly check out our MuayThaiArt.com/weblog, you would know that we are actually here everyday introducing you lots of thing about Muay Thai and Thailand. So come back again tomorrow and see what we’ll be showing you!
Muay Thai Por Pramuk Gym is a home of two world famous boxers, Buakaw, K-1 World MAX champion and Pornsawan P. Pramuk, Alias Ironman 2000.
At this site you can find info of its training courses, like training schedule and cost. The training is various depending of applicants’ knowledge and skills. Here their instructors will spend time with each student. IMO, that is a really good thing because they can correct each student the skill and techniques. The promise they give you here is you can be a real official boxer by taking course with them for a couple months.
The training here is not that different from other gyms. But it seems really tough. Start warming up at 5.30 in the morning and finishing up by drills at 7.30 pm. pretty tight for newbie. However they claim that training hard and always pushing its students are their tests to see if their students really are into Muay Thai and to see if they are ready for the ring. Not that easy and simple to train here! I believe they use this method for the great success of its students. Shouldn’t be that bad for those of you who like pushing yourself for something you want.
The only inconvenient here is the gym is not located in Bangkok. But if you don’t mind being in the city with all that good facilities, this gym should be another good choice for you because the cost is quite reasonable.

Not much info you can find in the site actually, but you can find contact info like numbers or email for more information. So if you’re interested, go take a look at its website at www.muaythaiporpramuk.com. Later, I’ll be back to give you more choices of gyms in Thailand. See you next week!
