Hello guys! I’ve been thinking what can happen when you box. I know, one wins one loses. But…how can you lose? What make you lose? Your opponent or yourself? If you think that in boxing the only one who can make you lose is your somehow better opponent. Think again after you watch this clip I got from YouTube. Here’s my warning: just look once, not twice!

So now what you think? Oh gosh I can’t imagine what it feels like man. He must have tried to kick his opponent with all he got man. But finally turned out rubberizing his own leg. It’s like he’s dancing before hitting the floor. This is the first time I saw a huge guy breaking his own leg. Did he plan that or something? His opponent must have like iron bones. His leg looks like jello. That was sick! Poor guy.

Ok, don’t say that I’m mean that I laughed. Everybody does. How do you describe that anyway. SOOOO KO. He was so unconscious. I have never thought that a KO can be that funny dangerous. Instead of counting, the ref should have called for doctor. Man that was quite serious. How come a guy that’s knocked out can still keep punching? What a heart! I believe he thought he could still win. Keep punching punching punching might finally hit something….at least air around him. This is how you can tell if someone is dreaming or not.

If you’ve watch something funnier, tell us about it. Every week we’ll be back with new and of course more interesting than ever clips right here at MuayThaiArt.com/weblog. Or you can come visit us everyday and keep in touch with all our articles. Here we offer unique!

K-1 Clip: What A Kick!

OMG, I can’t wait to show you this clip. While I was searching for some new cool clips in YouTube, I found this one. Some of you might already have seen it. This fight was between Mighty MO and Kaoklai Kaennorsing, in World GP 2004 Final on Dec 4, 2004.

This is the funniest clip of the week. And you can see how Muay Thai rules! Mighty MO got KO by Kaoklai in the first round. The solid shin kick of Klaoklai knocked this big guy out at once! Kaoklai himself is fast. And if you see him dodging around the stage, you know he’d win because that is his advantage. A big guy like Mo can’t be as fast as Kaoklai. So Mo couldn’t even throw a punch on this smaller guy. MO 132 kg VS Kaoklai 79 kg. As you will see below, Size doesn’t matter here!

This clip does teach you that SHIN are another great weapon! Take a look!

I hope you did enjoy the clip. That was a nice strike, wasn’t it? One of the most beautiful high kick I’ve ever seen. He reminds me of Tony Jaa, Thailand’s great action movies actor, in his movies and his flying kick. And what makes the clip even funnier is MO underestimating his opponent before the fight. I’m curious what he thought after he lost to this little guy he didn’t respect at first. And actually Kaoklai was over reacting once he knew he won. That’s because he did make the viewers believe that he’s way better than Mo’s thought.

So tell us what you think about this clip. Like it or don’t like it. I’ll be back again with new clips of Muay Thai actions. So come back and check out our MuayThaiArt.com/weblog anytime.

How to use a heavy bag!

Hi! I’m back with “how to” article. Today is all about how to properly use a heavy bag. If you’ve been working with one, you will know that it’s not that easy as it looks to be. There are some certain things you need to do before and while using it.

First, make sure you protect your hands with hand wraps and boxing gloves or training gloves. And once you start striking the bag, keep your wrist aligned with your forearm and punch with the top of knuckles (index & middle finger).

Now here’s how to work with the bag! Take a look at this clip below. It’s pretty nice and helpful that I think is actually a complete tutorial. And the guy is really good, IMO at least.

How to hit the Heavy Bag VDO from YouTube.com

There are some other exercises you can perform with the punching bag. Different schools teach different techniques. But do make sure you safely protect your hands and wrists well enough while training. Keep your hands guard. It’s possible that when you get tired you will drop your hands down a bit. That’s NOT good! Because in a real fight, if you once drop your hands and arms down just a bit, that means too many more chances that you will get hit from your opponent. But let’s hope that won’t happen to you. So practice with the bag and treat it like it’s your opponent. And you can also practice some quick moves that you can learn along way.

A heavy bag can be bought in almost every martial arts and sport store. Tomorrow I’ll be back with how to buy a heavy bag or punching bag. So stick with us and come back tmr.

Best KOs Clip!

Welcome to MuayThaiArt.com/weblog! If you’re already familiar with our blog, you know that once a week we bring you some nice VDO clip of boxing. Today is the day!

Kick Boxing or Muay Thai fans all love knockouts! Take a look at this clip, you’ll all say “Damn!” and won’t mind to watch it over and over again.

Killer Boxing Knockouts VDO from YouTube.com

That was the best knockout compilation I’ve ever come across! Fabulous! What made it perfect was the ending.

So which stone cold KO is your favorite? Mine is that guy got KO and he was still throwing punches on the floor. That was cool. And the other is when one guy KO and hang on the ropes then get beat to a pulp white like dead body. I still wonder how it feels like to get KO.

KO is the charm of boxing! We all know it’s one of the most brutal (but the best) martial arts. Those fighters put all their body weight behind their strikes. That’s the reason it’s f**king powerful. But don’t get it wrong that boxers are pussies. They fight for real and they use brains!

I hope you love this 3+ minutes of knockouts clip. Amazing! You can also share your hottest Knock Out clips with us right here. Don’t keep it with yourself.
