Today move is called PRAKAN PERN LOK or TURNS FRONTS SIDE PUNCH. This is not very easy to do, so make sure you pay good attention. Let’s see what it is first then like we usually do, we tell you how to attack and how to defense right after.

How to perform this move: The boxer has to take a pace to the fore and proceed to deliver a right uppercut to the other person or his opponent’s chin. This move is above all used for defense or escape. The boxer can throw an uppercut with either hand, but it should be thrown from the inside. That’s because if the punch is thrown from the outside, the boxer or you will become vulnerable to defense the coming attacks and can easily be thwarted by your opponent since this mistake move gives enough time for your opponent to defend or attack as you throw your hand back to gain force.

Here’s how to Attack: Use the left hand to create a sweeping motion and wipe the boxer’s arm down. Your head can also be leaned back to stay away from the approaching uppercut.

To Defense: Use your left foot to hit the boxer on the abdomen. You can also throw your elbow to the boxer’s face. If the attacker is left-handed, then the attacking and countering moves should be one in reverse.

Let’s take a look at our drawing for better picture.
