I’m writing this article especially for those of you who want to start learning Muay Thai and unfortunately there isn’t any club or gym you can join near you place. And when that happens, how you can learn Muay Thai?

You don’t have to learn Muay Thai from a great Muay Thai boxer. Well that as long as you’re not entering a world champion fight soon. I’m not saying that learing with Muay Thai master is essential. Of course it is. The teachers are there to perfect your moves and techniques. Me for example, I spend most of my time in front of a computer working. I don’t have time to go to a fitness or gym. I have learned Muay Thai for a while now.

I started by looking for some videos, looking through those DVDs, VCDs and looking at some commercial and non commercial clips online. Today I want to show you a couple great Muay Thai DVDs, so you can learn Muay Thai in your own house.

The Best of Muay Thai Art Vol.1 & Vol.2

These two are one of the first videos I learned Muay Thai from. Come in two CDs, the video contains real Muay Thai moves and techniques and they are easy to follow that’s what I like the most about this video. Even though the spoken language is Thai, it’s a complete introduction to Muay Thai with all the photos of each Muay Thai moves for an inexpensive price. These two CDs are the must have! Although you’re familiar with Muay Thai and have been doing it for some time, it’s still really nice for your Thai Boxing collection and to share with your friends!
