DELIVERY AND RETURN

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship "in-stock" items within 24-72 business hours directly from Thailand via International Registered Airmail after payment clearance. (Please see stock status on each product page. During high season, the status might not be accurate. If urgent, please contact us to confirm stock status before buying.) During Thailand's public long holidays (e.g., mid-April Songkran festival and New Year's) manufacturing and shipping processes may be delayed by up to 7 days. After we dispatch your order, the delivery will be the responsibility of the Postal Services of Thailand and your country.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We only use the shipping address that you provide on our website, not on any payment gateway website (e.g., PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct.

DELIVERY TIME

After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The estimated delivery time from Thailand is about 10-14 business days (approximately 2-3 weeks).

For some countries, the delivery time can be longer due to the Customs service of each country.

TRACK AND TRACE

In our shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to see the tracking information. Alternatively, if you need our help, please send us an email, and we will assist you very shortly.

UNCLAIMED / INCORRECT / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

If a shipment is returned to us due to being unclaimed, or because of an incorrect/insufficient address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be charged to resend the package.

CUSTOMS FEES / TAXES / IMPORT VAT

EU customers please note: We are not signed up to the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT. Import VAT must be paid upon arrival in your country.

Buyers will be responsible for any duty, tax, or VAT. We do not include these charges in our prices.

MISSING PRODUCT(S)

When you receive your shipment, please ensure that you have received ALL items. Note: If you purchase a large order, you may receive 2 or more tracking numbers, and items may arrive in separate shipments. For example, we may ship products currently in stock to you first, and made-to-order items will be dispatched later. If items are missing, please contact us within 5 days after delivery.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS

If you receive wrong items (e.g., different model, color, or size), please contact us within 5 days after delivery with photographic proof to make a claim.

Please note that sizing between each brand can be slightly different. If the size we sent is correct according to your original order, it cannot be claimed as a wrong item.

LOST SHIPMENT

We provide a tracking number for every shipment. You can see the tracking status on the Thailand Post website or your country's postal service website. If the delivery status is "Delivered" but you have not received the shipment, we recommend you contact your local post office for more information first, as this is often the fastest way to resolve the issue. If they cannot provide an answer or ask you to contact the sender, we will open an investigation claim with Thailand Post. This process will be the responsibility of Thailand Post and can take between 1-3 months. We might require proof (e.g., CCTV footage if available). The claim outcome will be based on the results of the investigation. Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery cannot be claimed. If the package is returned to Thailand, we will contact you immediately.

RETURN POLICY

Exchange / Refund

We accept returns for products that are new, in their original packaging, and with labels attached, for exchange (new size, style, or color) or refund within 30 days after the date the products arrived at the delivery address.

For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items back to us and for the shipping costs of the new products.

For refunds, the buyer pays the return shipping fee. As soon as the products arrive at our office and are inspected, the value of the product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need more information, please contact us.

Important: Please note that customized products, such as special sizes or personalized items, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Please clearly mark "RETURN TO EXCHANGE" or "RETURN TO REFUND" on the outside of the package.

The returning process might experience delays at the Customs of Thailand, which could require an additional 2-3 weeks for Customs Clearance.

Damaged Items

If you receive items damaged (e.g., damage caused by the factory, during transportation, or apparent upon first use), please email us to make a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Customers will be requested to provide a few photos of the damages and answer a few questions during the claim process. After the claim is approved, a new product will be replaced for you without any additional cost.
